After six years of brainstorming and preparation, a groundbreaking Kickstarter campaign, and under a year of filming and post-production, the ‘Veronica Mars’ movie was unveiled to the world on March 8 at SXSW [and] will be released to select cinemas on March 14. As if breaking Kickstarter records weren’t epic enough, Veronica Mars will also mark the first time one of Hollywood’s six major film studios will release a film in theaters and for home viewing simultaneously in the U.S..
